Following the successful launch in pilot categories, the company is now scaling the solution across its 180 stores spanning four distinct formats — from convenience stores to large hypermarkets.

From Manual Planning to Data-Powered Merchandising
Carrefour LabelVie was looking for a comprehensive platform with advanced analytics, auto-facing functionality, and a mobile app to streamline shelf planning and execution. The team selected LEAFIO Shelf Efficiency for its proven flexibility, scalable architecture, and the ability to run a pilot before full rollout — minimizing operational risk.

Next Steps: Business Impact Assessment and Scaling

With the implementation complete, the project team is now collecting data to evaluate the business impact of the solution, including improvements in shelf compliance, planogram update speed, and category performance.
