Following the launch of Shelf Assistant, which helps retailers interpret merchandising and shelf performance insights, Promo Assistant extends the same agent-based approach into one of the most complex and volatile areas of retail — promotion forecasting.

As retailers increasingly adopt machine learning to forecast demand, promotions remain a major challenge. Promo performance is influenced by dozens of interdependent factors — pricing, discount depth, cannibalization, halo effects, timing, assortment overlap, and external events. While AI models can capture these dynamics far better than traditional methods, their decisions are often difficult for business users to interpret.

Promo Assistant was created to solve exactly this problem.
