MasterZoo, a leading player in the pet retail market, boasts a national footprint comprising close to 200 outlets, primarily in two formats: street retail and shopping center locations. Smaller outlets, spanning up to 150 square meters, feature approximately 6,000 SKUs, whereas pet supermarket format stores offer an expanded assortment of up to 10,000 SKUs from over 150 brands.
The chain's focus on inventory and assortment management automation aims at enhancing goods turnover, bolstering the burgeoning online channel, and streamlining transport and human resource utilization.
